As per MDI-Performance Inc. policy you are NOT allowed to buy from our website mdi-carbonfiber.com if you are under the age of 18 years old.
By Proceeding to the check out area you do state that you are at least 18 years of age or older.

 

Buyer agrees to be responsible for any unforeseen accidents that could result in use of our products regardless of cause.

 

Always wear eye protection, helmet, protective clothing and proper footwear.

 

Agreement:

By purchasing this item I am aware that the usual risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury and disability increase with inexperience. I hereby agree to release and forever discharge MDI-Performance Inc. and www.mdi-carbonfiber.com, and their agents, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to my participation or use of our aftermarket products, use of equipment or property supplied by MDI-Performance Inc.

 

By this AGREEMENT, it is my intention to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from the seller of this item or its Parent Company and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This AGREEMENT shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns. I hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and AGREE to all of the above terms and conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this AGREEMENT and the affect of the same. I am aware that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I assume all risk and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. I therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my child\\\'s activities with the above item (s). If you use products sold by MDI-Performance Inc, you use them at your own risk. Do not use any product if you are uncertain of your ability to properly install it.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are based on our local business hours; customers in different time zones should allow for this.

All prices are quoted net of sales taxes, VAT (EU), and local duties. U.S. tariffs are included. We cannot estimate taxes or duties for destinations outside of Canada or the United States.

We charge no more than, and typically less than, our actual shipping costs. To ensure cost efficiency and maximum protection, we use over 100 box sizes and ship via USPS, Expedited Post, Expresspost, or Tracked Packet, depending on order size and destination.

If an item is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder. Estimated production time is 6-8 weeks for non-custom orders and 8-12 weeks for custom orders. If preferred, you may cancel or change to an available finish or composition.

 

Returns:

MDI-Performance  Inc. is committed to increasing its levels of both quality and efficiency in order to guarantee highest quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied you may return our products.

 

  • No part, once used, may be returned.
  • Drilling, Sanding, Cutting, Painting or otherwise altering your product will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Returns are accepted for unused products in original condition only and packing must be intact.
  • MDI-Performance Inc. encourages all installations to be performed by a professional. After any installation or modifications, our Carbon Fiber Products are not refundable, and we are not responsible for any damages to the part during the installation process, or to the bike.
  • We are so confident that we have the highest quality carbon fiber components in USA that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, return within 7 days in original condition.
  • We stock a large range of carbon fiber parts and will notify you immediately if your items are in stock once purchased, we will shipped within one working day.
  • All Cancellations and Returns will attract 10% Re-Stocking Fee and any Freight or charges paid will be charged. Refunds will only occur after the goods have been returned to MDI Performance Inc.
